Is a refilled toner cartridge as good as a new one?
For most office printers, yes. We fill with toner matched to the printer model, replace the chip when required and print a test page before handing it back. Typical yield is the same as the original.
How long does a toner refill take?
Most cartridges are ready the same day. Bring the cartridge to Čaka iela 37 or call ahead and we will confirm timing for your model.
My Epson EcoTank prints with missing lines. Can it be fixed?
Usually. Missing lines mean a partly clogged print head. We start with a controlled cleaning cycle; if the head is damaged we replace it with a new Epson head from stock.
What does "maintenance box full" or "service required" mean on my Epson?
The printer has reached its waste ink limit. We replace the maintenance box or absorber pads and reset the counter so the printer works again.
